Week 1: It was mainly about research and definition of interviews - previews - visit to Borm - analysis of the results
Week 2: Design and Prototyping - first testing and analysis of the results
Week 3: Prototype 2 - second testing and evaluating data - presentation
Through evaluating data and fine tuning our protoype, we could suggest BORM a fresh and user-friendly solution.

GOAL
The goal was to develop a user-friendly ERP-system and do a Redesign for their BORM App.

INTERVIEW
In order to receive further information about the users, to understand their tasks, goals, work processes and the working environment - we conducted an interview with several BORM employees.
USABILTY TESTING
During the usability testings - test subjects were given several tasks that they had to solve woth the help of our prototype. Through observation and a subsequent survery, we were able to find out what works for the users and where the usability problems arise.
DATA EVALUATION
Test results were then analyzed using a affinity diagram. Statement of the test users were noted on post-its, sorted thematically and hung on a whiteboard. Subsequently, meaningful topics were sorted in the resulting subject areas. The knowledge gained was incorporated into the revision of the second prototype.
